After 13,519 votes were counted, the 2010 Call of Duty entry stood atop the list of greatest gaming endings of all time. If I remember correctly, it involved shooting a lot of guys, hearing Ed Harris yell something, doing a QTE or two, and then seeing jets fly overhead as a guitar riff played.

Sadly enough the campaign was the best part of Black Ops.
Not the best ever, but as shooters go a good story.

Don't get me wrong. They're both great, classic games. I love them to pieces. But I don't think they deserve a spot in the top 50 best video game endings in history.

And yeah, Call of Duty getting so many spots makes me want to flip a table, break it into pieces, and then stab someone with the sharp pieces.

Lol i loved the MP in Black Ops and the ending was pretty solid but still its not #1. The only game in the top 5 that belongs there is God of War. Way too many FPS on that list, even Halo has too many slots. God of War 2 should definitely be in the top 10 as well, I dont even see it on the list? Really? Really?

I personally thought the ending of Link to the Past was better than Ocarina of Time. :x

They were essentially the same tbh, just LttP had better music. :)

I love zelda games but I usually dont even try to beat it until I have done EVERYTHING else, then I climb the castle and brutalize Ganon. At least they have tried to switch it up since OOT, but that was the standard storyline for a while.

It's actually genuinely aggravating. CoD has nice set pieces 1 or two times in the game yeah... but even Minecraft has a better story.

Also wtf why is Bioshock only number 35? Would you kindly get some people who actually play video games to do the vote Guinness?

No idea, never finished ffxi :/
to be quite honest i think i did not play through a game completely that took a long to play.
so as long as you don't say FFVII i am fine with anything except COD of course.
