Speaking of NMs, I camped VE for an hour and a half last night with no pop. It was late, and I was tired. I decided to just sign off and try again today. Did I already say that this morning? I can't remember.

I earn leave by the hours. I earn roughly 13 hours of leave a month. I typically only use it to leave early on some days. Otherwise I save it so one day I can take a vacation. Unfortunately things like this make-up drill come along and sap it away.

Kind of like money. Every time I'm getting ahead of the game and actually have a cushion on my bank account, something happens. 3 weeks ago a tire popped. the following week another tire popped. There went $500 of my cash cushion. Now my tenant is moved out so I have to cover the bills of both my apartment and house.

But you know what? It doesn't really bother me. ***happens. I just deal with it. It doesn't really put me in a bad mood for very long.

Anyone want to move to Mississippi and rent my 3 bedroom 1.5 bath 1600 sqft house for $1k/month?

Speaking of never going out, I'm the same way. I met Natalie online (via a chat room that I've frequented for nearly a year). Now she's into FFXI (and the other Final Fantasies since I've introduced her to VII), and lives with me.

We went and saw Transformers 2 Wednesday. First time we've been out in the last month. I'm lucky she's not like my ex-wife who wanted to constantly go out and blow money.

This is my problem as well. I much rather meet a woman at a location based on your center of interest and virtues more so than a location to indulge on your vices. Otherwise the basis for the meeting and potential relationship will be based on that negativity from the get go.

Well... My parents met at a bar, so it's not 'all' bad. And they both went out a couple times per week til they decided to have kids. But... Ya never know.

My parents only wrote each other through mail and my dad asked her to marry him in a letter and they did, never had a date or interraction in person. Only by letters.

Too bad our generation has been socially dumbed down via the internet. At least letters have a far more personal touch than text messages, instant messengers and whatnot do.

But I'm a sucker for hearing long distance success stories. Makes me happy that (as corny as it sounds) love can prevail despite limitations and obstacles including distance.

Move to ID then. I got a 3 bdrm 2 full bath for under $900/month.
