I actually used to use Opera a lot more than Firefox, mainly because of security. People generally think Firefox is "safe', and while it's "safer" it isn't secure (background in pws programming, trust me :x)
But as some people know, Opera likes to use a lot of memory up when you use multiple tabs. Stickin with Firefox now, for plugins, and for reliability.
:P
I think in general for the security problems that ail most users, firefox has a lot of security woes covered because of the whitelist approach to security that Noscript, Flashblock and Ad-Block use. Probably not enterprise or business use perhaps, but for personal, every-day user ***, I feel pretty locked down. I know Opera has the capability to utilize some scripts and extensions, but it seems like it's more lucking out in that field with them more than anything.
Opera Unite just seems like a neat, novel idea to try out. Nothing can tear me away from mah precious fox at this point. lol Chrome is cute and it works, but ..I can't stand browsing that weird version of the internet with ads they keep pushing. ;/
