Those show convicted and time served. Meaning they got what they got in prison and I believe people can change. However, when I was in Juvi for a little while, I did hit a few people who were there for that reason.

My ex recently told me a cousin of his (21) drugged his 12 yr old sister and made her go down on him and then had sex with her. He's gone to prison of course but still. And he had already had a charge for molestation.
