Well, I work at a college and things are fairly relaxed. We have a lot of security measures in place, but the admins aren't bound by those.
One admin told me that his logic was "we can't determine a site's threat level if we can't get to it, right?" ^^

Meh I'm used to being yelled at for just looking away from my panels. Something like playing on the internet or not just hanging around looking for somethign to do could've been really bad. Besides you are getting paid to work not play... unless you got an awesome job
