I'm thinking about getting a Skulker's Cape. Does it only enhance sneak/invis for yourself or anyone you cast on?

I have one, well worth it. As far as on others, I'm not to sure because I'm BLM and not there to snk/invis other people. That's what oils and powders/nin tools are for.

Just yourself however with that and composure ive yet to have a sneak last less then 6 min... and that was probably just a fluke cause it was iceday. I got 13-14 min repeatidly on windsday

I keep mine in my satchel along with a few other things I know I'd always forget but would be useful now and then... like trigs warp cudgels... all my augment gear and fishing stuff. Kinda funny one time we went to do an assault that required fishing and we entered without knowing that... everyone was like /panic and I pull out my lu shangs and go to town it was funny as hell.
Lol well it was kinda nice to just have my rod handy... everyone was like um das... you got a fishing rod right? Then I was ordered go fishbot like nobodies business
Also, that assauly you get rods by killing the mobs there. >.>; Gobs I think? Not the Pugils. Also, just throwing this out there. Enmity- is silly from what I hear for WHM unless it's on a super heavy AoE mob that you need to Curaga spam. And even then, your PLD is likely to have JA spammed it while your DD burn it to the ground.
