Was reading and became inspired to actually tried rating the system. Tried it for a page and a half back from Alyria's "Thank you". Didn't know how to do it other than rate based on sentiments the comment implied. Nothing personal, really. (unless you take/make it that way, muhahahaha)
Couple notes:
It can be fun if you are trying to rate the comments based on its individual contribution.
For the past page and a half...
Lu posts both comments that convey both positive and negative sentiments. Sometimes silly comments which are just neutral. (so no rating either way)
Bart's comment on +ing every - left me looking for the -'s. So I thus felt emptier. -1 (but I did appreciate the comment, as there is something endearing about it, so still I'm questioning my value system)
Dasva seems to always call something into doubt or lack, or in other cases outright contradict the claims of others. (that was just for the page and a half)
Kiri's cute, but the feeling left over from her *** *** ***, was the agony of not being able to do a single thing about it. Next time I'll give a + if it'll do for you what a donut does.
Numbertwo, Yaku, and Force, they all had comments that left me with something more than before I came here with.
While Row and Alyria asked questions that made me more aware that I was ignorant of something which summoned forth useful information. + Alyria also left complimentary remark "thank you" that even added to the forum.
I did this instead of masturbating, because masturbating isn't productive at all. It's the opposite. (not saying that's not enjoyable at all.) Sorry art. I had to - that comment.
As for mr. smallpeepee, I suspect it is generally Dasva (along with bandwagon hoppers), in the computer room, with his eyes looking a different direction as he clicks. Of course, we lost that clue card, so we won't know for certain.
Nothing personal... and I guess it must be relative for what you are looking for. B/c if I was looking to be angry or pissed off, or just to be facetious, I would have rated Dasva's comments as positive.
I personally don't rate usually, but in this instance it was fun. I even got to compile a report after the fact. Do with it whatever you want.
