Actually it's capped 750 dmg and it is that great compared to what PLDs normally have to do with their TP if they don't have Atonement. Vorpal Blade, Swift Blade and Savage Blade are roflcoptor WSs and then having to wait till 300% TP to do 700+ dmg with Spirits Within if you're HP build is good and you're fully healed is even crappier. So doing 750 dmg every 100% TP on any mob is awesome. And then you do more dmg on Cerberus so a PLD can break down his massive 1,000 dmg SS and then DDs can start doing their damage to it. So being able to do 750 allows PLDs to keep hate from the dmg and it's magical so it's 100% ACC... So... yeah... l2pld, Ludo =(
your e-peen is based on big numbers...not even breaking 1k aint that great.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAA. I propose that SE nulls level sync from CoP zones. I am helping a friend do CoP 3.5 so it's my first CoP BCNM since lvl sync... and everyone's in their lvl 75 gear... and wondering why we lost so badly to Diabolos. I spent a good 10-15 muling around to get gear for this and spent gil... and they go cheap for this. And then a DRK/DNC? Why you ask? Because he wanted the jig for sneak/invis because he's too cheap. Then realized... it's a 40 cap. e.e;
