New Amazing Spider Man Trailer. |

New amazing spider man trailer.
I have to admit, the second trailer makes it look much more promising than the first one did. It seems like they really can pull off the drama noir approach to Spider-Man without driving it into a total dead end like Marvel did with their adaptations.
I'm glad my doubts were more or less put to rest :D Deffinately looks sweet, now I have this and the Avengers to look foreward to. Now if only i could actually have free time to go to the movies. -.-
I find it funny how after the first trailer, people were like "nooo Spider-man is all emo! hes suppose to be a smart ***!" without any actual spoken lines as spider man. Now we can tell with this, that he is very much a smart ***, lol.

They over emphesized on the "emo" approach without giving enough detail to character or action on the first trailer, but luckily this one redeemed everything quite well. I'm glad the film no longer looks or feels like this to me. well that trailer did it's job to make me go from not caring about it to interested.
I'm so disappointed that this never happened.
I'm glad that those movie makers have finally decided to make decent films instead of trying their best to keep them toned down to kiddie standards.
The new batman movies are another example of where they took something comical like the other batman movies and actually made a decent movie. (Go on.. compare Dark Knight to Batman Forever or one of those stupid movies...) This reboot seems promising - lets just hope that they keep to this new formula. he spends a lot of his time un masked in that reel lol.
I have an idea for the next film... I think Spiderman should die then MJ should marry his clone... o wait.... I had no intention of watching any more spiderman anything because I was unimpressed with Marvel's version. But that looks rather fascinating. Maybe I'll watch after all. :o
haters gonna hate~
I wanna see this right now :< Meanwhile in Italy

The other Spider-Man films had Stan Lee on set to offer advice, but otherwise had no intervention from Marvel. Iron Man was the first actual Marvel Studios film, and Marvel has been fighting like hell to get the Spider-Man license back in-house. Thanks for the fix. :-) Japan makes Spiderman cooler because we all know giant robots make everything cooler. No but seriously the trailer makes the movie look a lot more interesting then I had originally thought it was going to be. FINALLY! Lizardman , gonna be the best villan so far, even thou this is a remake from the orig. movies.
Cant wait to see it, this trailer was alot better. Thanks for the fix. :-) It's all good :) It really is more confusing than it should be. That's one reason I'm a huge supporter of Marvel Studios; when they make a comic book movie, you know it's going to be a close adaptation as possible to the original material, modernized for cinema of course. Before this, comic book movies were at the mercy of whatever "creative vision" whatever hack director felt like doing(i.e Batman and Robin, the original Punisher movie, Hulk, etc). Now, even if it's a little different, you know it's the comic company itself making the changes, not some director trying to make a name for themselves. Unfortunately, Spider-Man is still licensed out to Sony, so Marvel Studios can't touch it with a 10' pole. Which is a damn shame too, considering Spider-Man is actually an Avenger in the comics... Imagine the crossover potential! Marvel gets to slap their name on the opening credits, but that's where their ties stop. Lakshmi.Iambatman said: » FINALLY! All that said, yes, this trailer does look really good, and does in fact change my opinion on how I feel about this film. I thought it was going to be "Twilight: Web-Head" but now I do feel excited to see this.
When I first heard about them making a new Spider-man I was really hoping it was going to be Marvel made, so that he could be in a potential Avengers 2.
Oh well, I still hope that this does end up being good. The previous series featured a Peter that was too awkwardly serious (yet not terribly intelligent), removing most of the witty banter and scientific prowess that makes him amazing. The inclusion of web shooters in the original trailer implied that would be the depiction used this time. This new trailer confirms it. |
