GM still do their work, ban/sus...
Well,i thought GM really now days didn't ban since the low % of people in the game and they loosing money n because i haven't heard any recent ban, but on december 1 to 31 of 2011, they banned around 1,100 accounts... i was very impressed with this number.
And 7days ago i came back to game after a 4month break and 2 days ago i got this... yeah really quick... Can anyone confirm is this perma or sus? My old old account when it was perma it said "This account has been stopped or closed" and that was perma and it was LM-17, but here it says LM-11 and suspension... Do anyone know?  LM-17 and 11 are both permas these days. Actually, I am not sure they even give 17s anymore. They migrated a bunch of their old LM-17 bans over to LM-11 a few months back.

11 and 17 have always gone back and forth between being used for temps and perma. Honestly, I wouldn't try to guess. Just call SE.
Just call them up and be like "The f***'s wrong with my manners and s**t?"

when I got suspended I got a different style of message entirely no error #, just an actual notification when I logged in, but I think they changed it recently. They are right though, just call SE, that's what I did, also they will NOT unban you on the weekends lol found that out the annoying way by being told I'd be back sat morning for sure and then finding out that, nope, I am not XD
Oh okay. Yeah im waiting for customer support to open via PoL to talk to them...
I'm still suspended too lol, I'm calling in a few hours when they open like they told me to do friday :P

Edit: OP, don't stress over it too much. If this is your first run-in with them, I don't think they would give you more than a temp-ban for being offensive.

if you were gone for multiple months and came back banned though your account might have been stolen and locked which is what might be causing your error mine is a suspensions for other reasons than yours but also only my first black mark

Like the chat/ there is but ONLY for billing questions and you gotta bend over backwards to get it and even then its only available during business hours
i was ban some what recently and got no LM either, mine was for poor manors also and only lasted like a week
I've been suspended/banned for my behavior in-game. From my experience, SE will suspend first for harassment/poor manners. I only got banned because I made it to my third offense.
I've gotten to it on the SE site before and it was for anything but it does take digging to get to.
