My day is awesome when I get to make something. I really like the feeling when I either do some nice carpentry with my dad or I cook some new food or something.
Or when I get more than .5 fishing skill in a day, which is my daily goal.

um i'd say, knowing i have over 9000 gil on my character... that brightens my day...

Finishing a stack of raptor skins, followed by the shuffle on my music player taking me to the Blues Brother's version of "Stand by your man". This is optionally followed by my NPC levelling up and/or a meal of the finest fast food my campus has to offer.

Laughing at stupid people :). Actually more or less when the world around me is more amusing then normal. Oh and stormy weather unless I have to walk long distances in it like over 2-3 miles each way that makes me a sad panda unless its just wind and no rain/heavy snow.
