Disney has been disappointing for years, but Tangled really gave me the feeling I had as a child.

My household has the tv on disney channel almost all the time. My preteen sister loves it :/ When I was her age I think I watched disney the least, it was all about nickelodeon and then cartoon network for cartoons.
Unfortunately I cant even name a recent or decent show on CN or nick (except Icarly because I would manhandle freddy) so its disney by default here.
I'm really sick of the teen drama sing and dance shows too...on all stations.
movie wise, I've enjoyed several disney movies in the recent years >.> even if they arent the traditional style.

I liked tangled. It was a step in the good direction. :D I LOVED "recent" disney movies. I think Wall-E was INCREDIBLE. <333333

Tangled is so cliche disney with a cliche ending but the character designs and voice acting is awesome. Songs are not that memorable but the movie is forever watchable because of its adorableness.

I don't like Zachary Levi. He is a HORRIBLE horrible actor. His voice.. was great for tangled however. He should keep to VA. :D

Also in some other thread somebody mentioned Fievel Goes West and Rescuers down under..I managed to watch both in the past 2 days...such goooood movies. Though Rescuers is the only disney one. Its also very underrated.

How To Train Your Dragon was DreamWorks first "Doin it right" film.
I concur. HTTYD is a perfect film. I think they're making a sequel which I am both dreading and am super excited about.

How to tame your Dragon was amazing. I mean come on! It's a cute cartoon movie...and it has dragons! That's pure awesomeness there.

I wouldn't say perfect. Had a little too many cliches, even though they were executed perfectly. But was def a match for good disney productions. :D
