No. My gear sets cap me on PW, why the hell would I worry about capping on lower level mobs? Its not a concern when you have exceptional gear sets like I do. I napkin math my sets and then parse them.
I couldn't tell you the last time I fought Qilin, I just used it as a baseline for comparison. If I wanted to easily win the debate I would have used a harder mob...
