Very true just the matter of making sure I'm on during fireday lol
I set alarms for it when I did it. If I was around the house and not doing anything and it was darksday, I'd drag my *** over to the comp and do firesday trials.
Well currently one the Flan fire trial....Imma hate that one...eh oh well....to abyssea I go.....
still debatin over what's the best combination of atmas for killing as quick as possible.... Haven't dont abyssea solidly in awhile so sort of slipped my mind which is the best besides RR

Although RR/SS/Apoc I'd probably get higher #.

The flan one definitely sucks, as a fellow dancer when firesday rolls around if you see me on send me a tell, I'll hop on BLM and help you out.
As silly as I feel for suggesting this, is it possible for the new super denali body to out perform af3+2? That is a lot of multi-attack plus on a single piece. Too lazy/doing hw atm to actually math it out myself. I will probably do it later.
We did our first run of Glavoid last night went 6/6 on 2 shell drops last night! :) 12/50 ... let's do this!

You should never ever remove RR/GH. The only thing you should be switching out depending on preference/what you're doing is SS vs. Apoc.

Unless there's something amazing I'm missing that you can do with Haste+4%, it still doesn't beat the 10% delay reuction.

In capped haste situations though, it's the best body we've got.

That's what happened with me when I did it. I went from 200 kills to around 15~.
If you don't have anything to do, you should try afking in Zhayolm. That's what I did, and even though the weather forecast said no fire, along came fire and I finished my trial.
Was glad I could help, I absolutely hated those damned Flans.

Since they in the same region...they both should get fire at the same time (if it pops up)
Although my friend says that with his experience that only applies to the older zones where the whitegate zones weather in the same region act a lil different....

What might slow me down(other then previous flan trial) is the manticore trial...taking into account if I solo.

I don't think the weather forecaster can predict fire weather for Zhayolm. It only happens when the Volcano erupts, which is a special zone-wide kind of thing separate from the weather.

I did manticores in Abyssea-Tahrongi, because it was winter at the time. Fire weather is only "common" (lol) during the Vanadielian summer.

I got lucky... I was just finishing vermin killer this fireday and got to tahrongi around 15:00 and a party was there :) Got to 151/250 :)

Find someone doing Ukon or Twashtar to 90 and tag along on their Orthrus runs.

Also i did "Her Father's Legacy" because i was 8/10 seals and did like 5 amarok and nothing, so i do the quest and within 10 minutes i got 2 charis seals XD
simple stuff, kill the dragons @ flux 3 grauber, take pursuer's wing and trade it to the gal at flux 4, and random chance of a seal

I did this for 9/10 of my seals. Only got 1 from the puppy.
Would not recommend using this method to get bulk seals.

Yeah those geodes are bananas if you are buying them. I try everytime I'm in town to bid 10k on em in case people are lazy on prices but only got a couple.

I soloed amarok a few times at 90 or 95 (forget which) to finish my body..the ironclads never put out <_> I think I just brought a friend or two and dualbox to farm the pops from chests and everyone hold a set so we could knock them all out in one go.
