Well then don't use atheling, because it only works 3% of the time too, since you're most likely going to be attack capped on shoha.

Well that's why I'm asking, I get mix responses. Some say DA over str, others say STR over DA.

Brutal, Phorcys Mitts, and situationally atheling are all you should use DA-wise for Shoha. Windbuffet belt and ganesha's mala both beat gorget if you don't need accuracy.

With TA, QA, the appeal is they trigger first. If I got the game mechanics down. So if QA doesn't proc then you got your TA chance then DA. Increasing your chances to swing multiple times by more than just the base % on the item.

You're not worth arguing with. If you wanna average less, fine, but don't give advice.

Depends on slot, it's not a general ultimate rule to apply to every slots.

For the earings, the best combo was given earlier (Brutal/Moonshade TP bonus, no question here), as for the back, it was also given earlier (Unkai).

You can and most likely will get mixed answers in-game, especially if you ask any average joe out there but when you come to either here or BG, one thing is for certain, there is no such thing as mixed answer, if someone is wrong there will be maths and such to explain what is going on.

Like this guy with his Atheling but no Windbuffet is right now.

Though I will agree on one thing, Kemas earring should be worth a 72h ban.

You want to consistently do less damage on average. We know.

On Kaiten trials sure, on Shoha I rather not.

I believe Ace's Mail has a place in Seigan TP sets. You might use Ogier's instead and, in general, they may not necessarily be useful but people have them.

Ex:

Doesn't mean it's going to proc only 3 times out of 100 either.

I have no idea how many WSs a typical SAM unleashes during an average VW NM such as, I don't know, Qilin, but I'm pretty sure you reach over 100 on a run of 6.
