Empousa is an easy kill if you focus but drop rate sucks. Bennu is also an easy duo but I think he only drops 1? Hedjedjet has a bit better drop rate and just needs good timing to duo while Empousa needs good timing and good gear

Ironclads without a doubt for hands, even with just treasure hunter and no procs you will see +2 very often

Iratham drops the balance very often with just TH but will take more focus to duo usually. Amhuluk by far the easiest but CC can drop 3 so I'd hit that, many many jobs easy duo or a solo

Jewel of vision doesn't have anything really easy to duo quickly for, but the worm isnt too hard to kill in a duo. I would just help someone doing the empy for them if you dont want to work too hard or try to catch kulkulan shouts

Card of voyage is a very low drop from Carabosse but can always shout and build a group for it, or risk Sedna. He's much more annoying to proc so you'd need a lot of luck or a big group covering all procs. plus the fish trig is still decently camped these days

However Ketea works well if you have the patience for farming VNM trigs. easy NM and drops 3
