You need to find a different head piece for your damage build. Regurgitation damage is affected by MND.

You'll never need m.acc when you have ascetics up (which should be always).

Actually regurg is primary int, secondary mnd. Teal Chapeau should work really well for that actually.

My LS sometimes brings two BLU as trigger ***. In the event there's 2 of us, we decide which elements to do and go from there.

Never said it was primary MND, just said it was affected by MND.

I would think BLU is top DD for Uptala. I just did him with my LS and his -PDT makes melees pretty worthless. Was able to get 800+ regurgitations with ascetics and bravers up. Firespit did 1200, but got me hate obviously. I started on RNG, but BLU was definitely the better choice.

I did notice though that even if oblivion does not hit you (but if you were the target), it still resets your hate.

Addle also reduces M.Acc. So better not to use Romanus Cape.

That really depends on how much it actually reduces your macc by. If it's just -6 macc you're almost certainly fine to use it, but I haven't seen any solid testing.

Do you know by how much?

From experience it isn't a vast amount. Not using Romanus Cape just because of the 6% addle is silly.

I agree, but obviously have only eye balled it. I rarely get resisted on high tier NMs (that aren't super magic resistant to begin with) even w/o ascetics.

Yeah, while formal testing is still required (I'll do it when I have time) eyeballing is accurate enough for now; I barely ever resist on most NMs, just like Draylo.

So should I gear with haste or ignore it all together?

To reduce the recast to make casting more frequent yes. :| I was under the impression that Haste was a valuable stat to use if you are repeatedly using a spell. And I did ask in my initial post if I should use it so don't act so dazed.

I can think of no reasons to use haste gear for regurgitation, especially in VW where you likely won't be casting it every time it's up regardless.

I generally just use a full dmg build as I can't count on being able to use it the second its up and have the mob in the same position.
