I don't think he had any of this Mokuton stuff either. I think it was pretty much EMS Madara and Kyuubi vs Hashirama until he lost the Kyuubi. Hashirama did seem pretty weak when he fought Sarutobi, but I assumed it was because Orochimaru killed all his emotions which apparently makes edo zombies weaker.
So speculaion on who is really Tobi? anyone ever got a plausible explanation on who he is?
Probably shisui or obito those're the only two suspects left, unless he's a completely different character.
Isn't Shisui proven dead? He even got both eyes taken, didn't he?

Obito's too young to be Tobi as well, since when Tobi fights Konan his mask breaks the part of his face we do see, is pretty aged. Obito'd be Kakashi's age. (Also kinda proven dead when Kakashi died.)

to add to this, it looks like that zetzu is the only true loyal subordinate of Tobi. Everyone has/had his own agenda, but not Zetzu.
Zetsu and Kisame kinda both show loyalty.

yeah he went as fa as suiciding for the master plan. However there is this close ambiguous relationship between Zetsu and Tobi. Wasn't him shown inside the alternate dimension of that Eye jutsu (i call it inside tobi's head lol)?
Yeah, tbh I don't follow that closely with side characters, I'm a main character kind of guy.

Rinnegan is only for ppl that have both sharingan and hashirama cells so obviously he couldnt have Rinnegan before the fight. Also there is special promo video for some game that shows this fight let me find it.

Yeah you can see him reaching his hand up toward sasuke before the chapter ends.
