Playonline Password

so im trying to do this account transfer and it asks for my playonline password.

I could have sworn it was the one i put it but apparently its saying its wrong. I tried every password i know for my account but its not working.

I click on the click here if you forgot playonline ID or password and it just keeps looping me around saying its case sensitive double check.



HOw can i get my playonline password back i cant figure it out and the website is not helping at all

If you have your POL ID and personal information all set, you shouldn't have a problem getting it reset by them.

EDIT: The number is for SE's customer support line.

When I transfered my account, it started asking for a SE password. I believe I had to make an account with them and now it works.
