if they are flaged up, and in town, odds are they are alone, and want a party
if they arn't flaged up, and in a town, odds are they might want a party, or just loged on
if they are in a Exp zone, odds are they are going to, from a pt, or are soloing,
So.. I guess, if they are soloing, then yea they are a lone, (Beast master. dragoon, pup not included, they have there pets)
