It's updated and it's a very small change. If it looks the same, your browser cached the old one or you can't tell the difference.

Ah, was just looking at my profile and didn't notice a change.
yay, cleared my cache it is changed now :)
My guess, however unlikely, is that it's the wording of the non-hidden effect on Relic Weapons, aka random triple damage spikes or whatever.
Either that or it's a Critical version of a Critical hit.
