The "Saddleback Caterpillar" sting supposedly feels like a bee sting. If you get stung with one put some scotch tape over the sting and remove it a couple of times, that should take out the spines. Then follow up with ice packs and a paste of baking soda and water. If the victim has a history of hay fever, asthma or allergy, or if allergic reactions develop, contact a physician immediately.
