being that it seems that your mab staves are losing that macc, is it really worth it to get the +3 versions? i mean yeah alot of older content really doesnt need that accuracy but what about voidwatch?

You would think instead of adding more potency that we really don't need at this point (if they are going to keep the cap the same) to adding cure casting time or something instead of 1 lousy % on surya's. since every other elemental stave gets casting time- and the accuracy ones even get recast.

should i be surprised?

I think it's fairly obvious at this point that at 99 the cap on Blood Pact, healing, haste, etc will either be removed, or merit-able.

I doubt Haste will be raised any higher than the current amount, unless you just mean the cap on Magical etcetera, but still the base delay cap.
