Email Notifications

I've been working on email notifications lately. The latest was for comments and now I'm working on one for forum quoting. You probably noticed an arrow in each quote which links the quoted post using the post identifier. I will shortly use this to notify the user they have been quoted. You may turn this option off now if you wish. I also added an option to opt-out of any future email notifications. They can be found on this page:

Default settings for each user was determined if you had PM notify turned off. I assumed if you didn't want PM you didn't want other notifications but you can change it at anytime.
