As you may know the plot of FMA Brotherhood is set before all the stuff happen in season 1.....
So... my question is, in the opening intro song, it shows Ed grown up... But if this is set before season 1..
See where I'm going?

So far I don't care for the plot, but it has a better look to it now.
Also any thoughts on, or info on the actors for the English version?

I've never read one in my life honestly, just word from a friend of mine. I did watch the first episode of the new FMA series though. Looks amazing.

Well the entire first season was based on Dante's Inferno. This one seems to be just based on the original story idea for FMA with more combat instead of more background.
But the background you learned so much and wanted to come back next week to learn more.
I hope it turns out good because I was glad it ended when it was good.
I was actually hoping to see a continuation of the story instead. But the first episode was still fairly good.

It's FMA, so i wouldnt doubt it. The original had some of the best english voice acting ever.
it's alright. not what i was expecting, but alright.
They might have the background come out in an S-Cry-Ed fashion. That's just a hope because I do like the fighting, but without enough background story it's not gonna hold anyone's interest.
Seems like this is taking place in the middle of the FMA story actually... seeing as how the Fuhrer hasn't been revealed as a homonculus (SP) yet.
I hope the episodes to come are better.
This series actually has nothing to do with the first season. It is starting from the beginning using the Manga for the story. The first FMA wasn't based on the Manga but instead, as someone said, Dante's Inferno. To watch this, you're gonna have to forget everything about the first FMA.

well the FMA1 started with the based of the manga then became original content
so there is a chance that starting FMA2 will be original content and the other part manga content....but me and my friend can be wrong about that but is the most logic
