Its not so much what you can or cant not aug, its the stats it assigns to the piece that make very little sense, moh sash is the best example +1 str to healing item, give me a reason why i need +1 str while healing and ill change me theory on this, until then it falls under the same category as prankton, MMM

True, but I'm betting the bulk of people are augmenting with one particular job in mind. Making it more beneficial to a wider range of jobs means it won't excel in any one...I'd rather have a pimp piece for one job then an ok piece for 3.

It's clearly a PLD piece with the Enmity+5 also. BTW, MMM has some nice drops. Look up the Koggelmander and tell me you wouldn't want that for your BLU ;)
I can't decide what I wanna do with my Mirke when I get it. Either 10 ratk and 10 racc to have a mini osode for my cor, 5 snapshot and 10 ratk for my rng or 5 mab and 5 qd recast for my cor. Ideas anyone?

This... for example, the Mirke would be a BLU TP piece until I got the relic body, and I'd definitely gear the Nuevo as a DRG piece.

If its for rng. 10 ratk, 5snapshot. nothing else
Downside is we can't re-augment it unless we toss it and re-obtain it via final boss fight which I rather keep to a minimum. Perhaps I'll just turn it into a mini osode for my cor or a QD exclusive body piece x.x

How bad is that final boss? Bad enough to make it a huge undertaking? Just curious, 'cause I'd totally be down with re-questing it as I get gear that surpasses it...as long as it's not a total pain in the balls, that is.
I haven't heard much about it, other than it requires a PT of 75s, and it's somewhat challenging. Even if it was easy, I wouldn't wanna bug 5 other people to do this for me every time I felt like changing my body piece for whatever job I wanted to play at the time.

With my LS, hell ya I'm gonna bug 'em lol. I spend enough time doing ***for other people, they can get together and help me knock a boss out once every couple months ^^
Good news is that my ecstatic interest in a particular job lasts at least a few months before I grow tired of it. I would assume that's a reasonable rate of re-questing for the body piece to change it at will.

I concur (with the reasonable amount of time, that is). With how scatterbrained we all are anyways, what with us changing our statics around every other week, we're prolly ALL gonna be looking to request every few months, so it works out well lol

Fast cast will benfite all those jobs when they sub /ninja,
Can benfite Drg when subbing whm or rdm while casting spells!
Yes it wont be as good on those jobs as for Pld/nin or pld/war for spell casting but can still get befites on the other jobs!
