i didnt get to that step yet.
When i am actually verifying the credit card for the first time at
https://usa.visa.com/personal/security/vbv/index.jsp
its saying that my card info is wrong when it is right....
it says at the last step the ssn digits are incorrect.

updating the payment method would work, but you will get that same error. there's 2 ways to remedy the problem: 1. call the customer service (or support) and 2. wait and see if they're gonna fix this whole issue.
when i tried updating mine, i got that same error.

I just spoke to EU support and they "are trying to resolve the isssue with JP headquarters" funny thing is.. they dont actually know what the issue is.

Just talked to them on chatsupport. They still dont know what the issue is and are waiting on Tokyo to do something about it.

Im guessing it same problem if you try pay your overdue payments. Tried reactivate one of my mule accounts but getting same error as when try register for a new POL ID. :(

Just spoke to support. They are still having "congestion" issues on the registration server. They expect it to be fixed by the end of the week, but can offer no help for new players trying to register.
So today I have been unable to get my old account back or register a new one! (Sort of ironic since I left because support was awful!) Oh well, I'll wait it out I guess!

end of the week? well their guess (or estimate) might be either sunday or saturday. i guess that would explain why our content IDs disappeared on us till this whole issue has been fixed. if not, we could just get more answers?

I spoke to an actual nice customer service person who said that unfortunately due to their issues with the server, there's not much they can do. He suggested I try again next week, lol.

I have spoken to 2 different support team members this week and both have said they are aware that there is an issue but they are unsure as to what it is, they are waiting for JP HQ to get back to them. I was also told to contact the bank, that seems to be a standard thing, the issue was not with my bank.

In our previous announcement, Registration Server Maintenance Technical Issues (Jul.2), we asked players to
reactivate their Content IDs if they had been erroneously cancelled. However, some players were charged twice
when they reactivated their accounts. Refunds for these erroneous charges are currently being performed
and expected to be completed within the next few days.

Not really, the main problem for some of us is that since they performed the maintenance on the 2nd we have had nothing but UCS-60512 when trying to reactivate, this is the issue they are waiting on JP HQ to fix, blaming the banks and info input is just what they say to begin with.

this, i even tried re-install Win7 and talked to my bank like 3 times but there is no wrong there. I call bs on all solutions untill they actually do something about it rather than throw around blames on HQ or our Banks.

I talked to them yesterday. They said they still waiting on a fix from japan.. My second character been unable to update its cc for a week now. I even got them to type in my cc info, but they just got the same error.

Last person I spoke to yesterday afternoon just reitterated the same problem. Server is too congested from the screw up earlier this month and they anticipate the fix to the server to be done today or tomorrow.
