Where the hell is my damned mog satchel?
I jumped through their hoops.. I sold out.. I paid real life money for their in game item.. I registered on their site.. I linked my account from their site and from POL.. Now where the hell is my damned mog satchel? I can see it grayed out in the menu.. WTF SE!? Do we have to wait for some BS confirmation code that they will mail us in fourteen days?.. or is something wrong?.. Does anyone out there have access to their satchel yet?

I think you have to have received the security token before the mog satchel will be available.
Oh.. ok.. lol.. Kinda pissed me off to see it available in the menu but grayed out.. I'm gonna take my pills now.. Carry on..

I'm assuming once we're logging in with the security token, they'll become active. Hopefully it will be automatic, though I remember reading about talking to an NPC to de-activate satchels? Perhaps we have to talk to an NPC to activate them? :3

yes your satchel will be activated once you link your Security Tokens ID number on the back of it, to your Square Enix account.

o... i got my token in hand now, linked online, logged in PoL account using PoL password, SE password, and token password. logged into charcter, went to mog house, and saw.... what i've been seeing for the past week or so... grayed out mog satchel sign wtf.... what do i do next to active!?!
Try logging out again and giving it a few mins.

After you register ur security-token and use the one-time password which u have to active in settings in POL. the it will become availiable anywhere though Menu> mog house> mog satchet..
You paid real life money but look on the bright side you will soon have 80 more places to store ***that you really dont need :p

phoned up the SE helpline tuseday got this "hello is this about the token?" "yeah been 2 weeks to the dot and it says in the email to phone if it hasn't turned up" "wait till next tuesday *puts phone down" ***

Today is day 16 and still there have been no reports of ANYONE outside of America getting their tokens. Us Canadian and European people have been waiting patiently for our tokens wondering if they will even show up!
Curse you SE! I've been camping my mailbox since day 14. It's rough outside of my igloo but I'll be right here waiting when my token arrives.
Checking the forums each day to see if anyone outside of the US has received the token really hurts me. I can't even begin to count the amount of stupid americans posting
