Need to bulk up? Or just increase your agility/speed? Totally don't need a gym for speed/agility... Just use the "Goku" method of training lol... It actually works wonders... Yes I'm an anime nerd, but damn it, I've personally used said method and it works.......wonders.
Weights man.... walk around with weights on. I used to go EVERYWHERE with no less than 50 lbs of iron plates in my backpack.... My agility and speed increased 2 fold in under a year. When I was really serious with it in the military I used to be able to run a 6m45s mile, and be able to hold that pace for 2-3 miles

Ive always thought of doing that but never really got around to it. That's awesome to hear that it actually worked for someone! I never thought of using a backpack, more-so the weights on his shoes and wrists. Either way im so going to try this knowing it produced positive results for someone.
Oh ya, no doubt man...I started with 25 lbs in my pack, then as I got faster I went right to 50 (used 2 25 lb plates)... It really does work, and its a fairly effective method of speed/agility training.. Ya need a decently strong back, and a semi decent threshold for pain in the beginning though... 50 extra pounds can feel like a ton lol. But when you lose the backpack your speed goes up ridiculously lol... It was fun being able to out run a lot of the guys in my unit back in the day.
