I'd guess Ro'Maeve (or Sky -.-) for Enfire or Enwater... Pots seem to be the theme here. Possible, seeing as they drop the RDM testimonies. I wonder about Evil Weapons, however?

btw the damage on this stuff, is really non-stellar. Enaero II started off low at around 8 points of damage and then slowly ramped up to 18 points of damage against a pot.
Testing against a skeleton mage, it increased to 34 points of damage.
However, this only occurs on the 1st hit of each attack round, if you miss the first hit you're out of luck
