I think guys just don't like to admit they have problems when it comes to anything sexual, be it skill or equipment. Especially when it's something like ED or worse something like phimosis that isn't generally talked about, it's embarrassing and most men don't do well with that.
Needs more manning up, literally. Learn how to please your woman properly. If you have a physical issue that potentially hampers sex, figure out what needs to be done about it.
