I've already stated that that there's a correlation between attitude and alpha/beta-ness, but it doesn't define it. Everyone is different, and are varying degrees of being an alpha/beta... but honestly it's a part of everyone.

This doesn't really count towards what would be considered their core personality. If someone is submissive all of the time, and they stand up for someone once in their life, it doesn't make them assertive, it just means they care for that person. If that makes sense. Unless you've radically changed your personality because of some trigger, you're going to be more or less the same all the time.
