try sleeping without a pillow, there are pillows that conform to your body but most actually shouldn't be used since it slows down your metabolism, took me awhile but now i'm pillow free!

they feel weird anyways

sleeping on your stomach also helps burn a bit of fat

and yeah that was kind of random but somewhat related!

touche' can say my neck has been uncomfortable from that once or twice doesn't happen often(i sleep very still and my head is usually facing one side), usually it's flat on my back or it's in the natural rest position(how they treat for shock, google it).

a funny anecdote about the stomach thing, people would wrap themselves to burn their fat before going to MEPS(processing to join the service), to lose inches off of their waist. Which was where i got the idea to sleep like that.

I don't put my head on the pillow when I sleep, I just hug the pillow and sleep in a 3/4 position.
