Sad story, but this is what people deserve for driving drunken and risking other peoples lifes =(
Vehicular Homicide:
Definition: If an impaired driver is involved in a traffic collision that causes the death of another person, the driver can be charged with murder just as if they had used a gun to kill the person. The fact that the driver was intoxicated is not a defense in a vehicular homicide case.
The driver can be charged if the person killed is in another vehicle, a pedestrian or even a passenger in his own vehicle.

As much as I enjoyed the Jackass movies and show, if you drive drunk and die... I'm sorry it was just your time. No sympathy for doing something so blatently stupid. That is a BEYOND poor decision.

:/ He still lived to entertain people, Jackass was one of the most booming series ever to hit MTV. I'll definitely miss him seeing as how he was one of my favorite characters of the group. RIP :(

Speeding & Drink driving. zero sympathy for him, but feel for the family.

Bad that he was drinking and driving... way worse that he had a passenger (although one can think that the passenger was probably drunk also)
I'm surprised he hasn't like popped out of somewhere saying that this was just a big stunt or joke.

Loved the guy as an entertainer, funny as hell and I love jackass, but I've always been an advocate against drunk driving and this is no exception.
If you want to endanger your own life with irresponsible decisions go ahead, but do not go and endanger other innocent people out there.
