Might be silly to ask, but is the af1 body better than af3 body to tp in? Also if it is, wouldn't kirin's osode augmented to have dual wield+2 on it be better than af1 body?
From what I've seen, af1 body is better than af3 unless you are hitting weapon delay reduction cap.
af1 body gives essentially dual wield+5, so it would be better than dual wield+2 augment. :)

Situational. Chainmail is better in most situations, especially if you are using Usukane feet/Dusk gloves instead of full AF3+2. If dDex and/or acc are not capped, AF3 body would easily win.
Chainmail is 5% dual wield, so Osode doesn't really come close.
