that's a rare situation like when your in Abyssea Paradox or your zone happens to have 100% defense health. you won't get that much most of the time
100% defense health adds an additional 10-25% on top of the 80%.
If my WAR's HP is somewhere around 1500, and we multiply it by 1.4, that's 2100 HP. My WAR does not sit at 2100, it sits at around 2700, give or take. Each abyssite adds an additional 10% to HP buffs and 5% to MP. I think you're counting it as if the HP modification were 5% per abyssite.
