Assuming 8/8 Blue Magic Skill merits, Mavi Tayt +2, and no other Blue Magic Skill, do Loki's Kaftan and/or Breeze Sachet beat Magus Jubbah +1 and/or Mavi Tathlum respectively for a non-Sneak-Attacked Benthic Typhoon?
