BRBwinning - Low man linkshell recruiting
As the title says, we are recruiting. Looking for players who have different jobs and don't mind playing them. At the moment we are mainly looking for: BLU, BRD, BLM, WHM, WAR(with weapons skilled). If you do not have those jobs you are still more than welcome to apply, but at the moment those are the jobs we are in need of. Aye I just read your bidding system and wow is it confusing!
We used a bidding system in Dynamis, which was far less complicated that yours, but since the update with higher instances of drops it's made it bloody awful to manage. The liklihood is, you'll end up with 3+ relics in your treasure pool and have 3 lots of bidding going on, WHILST you're trying to fight other mobs.
I'm not actually interested in joining a new shell, but if I was the bidding system would put me off big time. Sorry :p

Point system doesn't really make sense for a "Low-man" LS. Cause as a low man LS you pretty much only want maybe 12 members if even that many. Less ppl means fast gearing and you can switch faster to other jobs when they have their preferred one geared.
I totally agree with Branny cause I saw it in our Dynamis LS... it was a total mess.
Sure you have to have an overview which ppl should actually lot on what (a lvl 60 whm shouldn't lot on high lvl whm stuff)but like I said with less ppl you should be able to handle this.

Currently this bidding system is going to be revised. In a major way. More then likely it will turn into a prio/sec system for all events.

Yeah your bidding system is beyond confusing. If you are going to use a bidding system why not just bid? Starting bid @ 3... Go! Highest bidder wins. We stopped using points for anything but AF3+2's. Everything else is need-b4-greed. Works well especially with a smaller LS.

Also: So our members haven't linked their lscom profiles with this site and/or guildwork... what of it... I don't see any way around that, and i don't care much to be honest, as long as they have access to the information on our site it isn't a very big deal.
