Wyrms got Regain. If you knock it to anywhere between 1-25% (See Screenshot), It'll use a TP move. Sure, it's not guaranteed, but all it takes is one terror to royally *** your ***up.
I brew on COR with Wildfire, so everything dies on the second shot anyway.

Actually my favorite part was where your brew wore off at 3% and you died in less than 10 seconds. Good thing Mdk was there to spam meds and slowly whittle it down!

Sorry, but Pluto's Staff and Usukane Body when brew instantly caps your INT does not a MAB set make. I stood there and watched you kill every single pop while I waited for my members go to change off of leech jobs and not a single pop died in less than 3-4 uses of Cataclysm.

Says the guy that, according to his FFXIAH equip history, first got almace on 29/1/2011. Last I checked, the level 85 almace was realeased in early september 2010. Here's a shocking revelation, but some of us don't solely play just to gear our characters. Those of us with social skills often enjoy playing with friends. Not to mention Empyrean farming is dramatically easier with 3x Atma etc.

Was wondering if any Mnks who dual/triple box'd their dragua scales could give me any tips on how to go about doing Dragua. Haven't fought him yet, but i have access to 2 whm mules and 1 blm mule (for procing). I figured i'd go mnk/war and straight tank, but looking for advice from people who have actually killed it by themselves without brew.
I could use a lot of brews, but if i can do it without em, would be better.
Which atmas, food, buffs, JAs (counterstance?), etc should i use. I don't have his atma, the one that gives 100 earth resist, maybe I should brew him til i get it and then can straight fight it?

Edit: Updated with relevant info so you don't have to read 12 pages to figure it all out.
If you are comfortable fighting this guy with /war (your mule or whm can react fast or have another outside range). RR, GH, Apoc are suggested atmas to speed up the fight. Could get in trouble if your whm gets petrified.
If you aren't comfortable fighting him /war I would suggest play it safe and get accustomed to the fight by going /nin for first time kill (IF you are alone - dual box) (flame all you want, its nice to be able to get used to the mob and what it does first).
Don't forget to use Fanatic's Powder, since he drops it 100% to everyone in ally. If you have a lot of people, you can all bunch up on him, kick his butt, and rotated fana powders. Will help speed it up.
for brewing, the best atmas for Cataclysm are Cosmos, Smiting Blow, and either Griffon's claw or Ultimate depending on which you have. It is highly recommended to have a mule or friend open a skillchain for you while brewing. Cyclone > Cataclysm takes it down to like 30% health, so really speeds it up and allows you to get 7-8 dragua per brew. Lock yourself on martello, SE said its fine so far.
