Is the Soil Gorget still a good option for Evisc?

I'd mention the Ancient Torque but I cannot justify 4 mil :)

For pure dmg, love torque is probably your best bet unless I've forgotten something new. Gorgets are only really good for high multi hit ws's if you need the acc.

Okay, So you were taking Dual Wield into account. I thought you meant completely. Single Wield or not.

Technically that's still not even completely correct since it doesn't account for acc or DA/TA/QA. Depending on gearing and atmaing I believe it's average could be near 7ish.

And the skill alone probably beats gorget usually. Gorgets are only the best on maybe half the commonly used ws now if that
