Media That's Over-rated And You're Sick Of

Books. Who reads these anyway? Seriously. You see a library, I see a grave for all of my tree-friends.

CDs. So they're shiny and have pictures on them. Meanwhile, I can store an entire music store on my hard drive. Get with it, music industry.

Games. Our minds should be enough. Screw your attractive programming and 2 or 3d characters . Oh, and you 1d characters? FU. The 4d characters are trying too hard, I hate them too.

Anime. You're a cartoon. Why did you need a new name for yourself? DEATHnote? Get a gun and be a man, stop writing names in a book! Become a politician and learn the joys of mass murder via social-political means!

Movies: Its as bad as eating chocolate Ice Cream. Why would I pay 10 dollars for you no matter how good you are? If more people asked for their money back, would we get it?

3D everything. This is not an improvement in technology... this is taking an old concept and blowing it out of proportion. Give us some virtual reality or holographic imaging technology if you want to impress people. Tired of people trying to pass old technology off as some great and new innovation.

My girlfriend can't even watch the 3d movies, gives her a headache in the first 5-10 minutes.

Rap (insert any artist that I have heard here) I dont care to hear black/white/hispanic or whatever talk with bad english and call it music.

I also hate these people/media who say they hate X movie/book/band or whatever but never seen/listened to it/them for themselves.

Why does media/movies have to portray smoking weed as a "Cool thing to do". And all the kids that have to tell you that they smoke like i really care. I get it you live with your parents and you have no ambition in life.

At worst smoking weed is a symptom of having no ambition in life, not the cause. Drinking to near alcohol poisoning levels, and frat parties could also be added to that list though..

I was exagerating a bit. Not all people who smoke are like that im sure. I smoked when I was younger and to be honest I was sick of having to always carry mouthwash and deodorant around so that the ladies didnt say I smelled. Most these kids probably never even smoked to begin with but want to fit in and I blame media 4 that.

Conspiracy and Doomsday television shows. Fun to watch but they spawn nutjobs and idiots who take the shows and their subjects way too seriously.

Sort of, they don't actually go looking for anything.. You call them up, you leave them a message about why you think you (or whoever you're trying to get on the show) should be there, and if it is dramatic enough, they call you back to get all the details and decide from there if they want to put you on the show.

Nah, I had a friend who was babysitting for this couple that was involved in this insane love triangle type ***, me and him thought it would be funny to call up the show and try to get them on it, that's when I found out it was done through a recording system.. They called back a week later or so really interested in getting more info and wanting to get them on there. I was shocked, I never expected to hear back. Never ended up getting them on the show though.
