Basically what this means is. Each person has a Shiny Value.
For example we learned yours is 1751.
Now lets say I am breeding like a mother and I get an egg with a shiny value that matches yours.(1751) Now I trade you the egg and it has a 100% to hatch shiny because the egg's shiny value matches your Shiny Value. Cool huh?
