And your argument against my example was even weaker along those lines. My point was unchanged by the service provided it could of been Electricity or any other utility seamlessly

Instead of responding to my points you tried to find ways around them.

Good luck trying to get a refund whenever a natural disaster occurs by claiming "but I didn't cause this."

natural disaster or not if a company fails to comply with their end they need to "refund", that's just how it is.

In the majority of cases you can bet one would get the compensation too without much hassle. They're insured for such things anyway.

Your points were invalid they deserve no response.

Your example and points suck.

Either way, if the service is lost the companies will compensate, it's that or get sued. There being a natural disaster doesn't exempt them from their responsibilities.
if that were true you wouldn't of responded with "who uses landlines?"

100 billion dollars in damage will be hard to claim insurance on but you do have a point in most cases. This is such an extreme example

the land line comment was just in general, not really on topic.

when SE's damages are 100 billion, let me know until then I'll expect them to comply with their obligations.

Japan =/= SE

I feel for Japan and it's people, I don't feel for SE or any other company for that matter.

I fixed the door / window on my truck, reformatted my computer and ghetto-reinstalled FFXI, and now I'm watching Afro Samurai Resurrection. Quite a productive day.

Hmm just off topic sorta

When servers down, does that pause Timers on AH sales?

When dynamis becomes 1 day rest, will it be only 1 group a run or will the zone have a cap like MMM/SW.

Yes, if I recall correctly during the WoTG update they enacted a code that suspends AH timers when Servers were down or being Maintained.

Total Cost: 1644.76$~

The only thing that I'm already disappointed with is the hard drive performance, but everything else is an awesomely good 7.5/7.9 score on the windows benchmark.

I wanted to go with solid state drives but who the hell wants to pay like 200$ for a 60GB solid state drive at the moment. Way too expensive and i was on SOMEWHAT of a budget. The two neon colors actually worked out the way i wanted it to, a perfect mix and almost a teal radiance to it.

Also if you notice, i took extreme OCD care on the cable management this time around as the first PC i ever build in 2007 is a wiring nightmare and cords often rub against fans and annoy the ***out of me.

I'm curious on the input of people who may know about the keyboard and mouse i am interested in.

Razer Naga Mouse:

Razr Lycosa Keyboard:

Does anyone have any experience with either of these? In either case thanks for reading and checking out my new build, i was excited as hell to finally build my second custom PC. Luckily it will easily take the week of FFXI being down to plan the network schematics and prepare a backup of all my information and prepare the entire home for a re installation.

Next up i need to order 3 new monitors as i want to sell my current 3 dell ones.

I'm semi-interested in these monitors here:

Acer G215 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009275

Not a bad monitor for $134.99 and the display goes up to 1920 x 1080. I currently use 3 Dell 20" monitors which are stuck at 1680 x 1050 at this moment.

AH you noticed! Look at the very top of my new case... it's actually slightly angled so you can't set ***on top of it, that was actually a very bad habit of mine for awhile and this case ensures i can't do it LOL.

The lycosa was trash when it first came out, lots of casual gamers have said that the coating on the keys wear off really fast and keys don't register when more than 3-4 are pressed at the same time or some ***.

not sure if they've revised it now, it has been quite a few years.

the naga mouse -- no idea but i've had a few wow gamers recommend it to me.

also, hdd performance is really terrible now a days... it's all about SSD unfortunately. although the WesternDigital 1GB BLACK is one of the faster 7200rpm drives right now, maybe even the Seagate Momentus XL hybrid drive...

but it's probably pretty economical to spend just about $250 in storage... $200 or so for SSD boot/game drive and about $50-60 for something like a WD 2TB green drive for storage.

I will still probably do a SSD drive in the future for the OS. I knew the 7200 drives were going to hold the performance back a bit but 1.5TB for the price i spent isn't really a bad deal at this exact moment. I'll check more into the lycosa reviews before even thinking about buying... i always do massive research and travel to microcenter and stare at the box for an hour before buying lol. The Naga mouse i've heard nothing but good things about it sofar.

Were you ever able to get the keys on the Naga mouse to macro? I've had a few people tell me they can only respond to the 0-9 on the numpad/above the A-Z. I want to bet money you can customize those keys, but i keep getting mixed responses.
