I am definitely looking forward to this merger. Granted waiting in lines to pop ***in abyssea is the downside. Yet actually having people around will be pretty awesome. I think most people here on Bahamut are pretty nice, including Japanese-speakers. We have good linkshells of all different kinds.
For the person who asked about Dynamis, yes some people still do Dynamis, although certainly not as many as in the past. The sign-up schedule is at:

We thought something was rotten in our garage fridge once, we tried finding what it was. Couldn't find it, couple days later I was putting some drinks in there and lo and behold, it turns out it was behind the fridge the whole time <_<;
