THF ToTM OA2-4 Dagger

I'm sure you can guess the question, but just in case..!

Is the OA2-4 Dagger worth using as an offhand on THF for on junk mobs? (Like EXP level or lower) I wouldn't expect it to be something to use on NM's, but I figure on normal mobs it would work out quite well for spamming WS's without any real danger of dying from piling on the TP moves.

No, it sucks in every situation you'll ever be in, to the extent that a level 75 dagger will beat it in terms of DPS and likely TP gain.
