Random Thoughts.....What are you thinking?

Rage eating,*** my diet right now,this has to be done
You said you were feeling sick the last few days.
Was this a diet a doctor recommended to you? Pretty sure he's talking about that chicken and rice diet thing he's on where that's all he'll eat all day every day. I can't even fathom how many pounds of rice that dude has in his kitchen.
Right now there is a bag of rice thats about 10% full (its a 10kg bag,so thats about 22.5lbs) and another full unopened bag of the same size.I also have 30 chicken breasts frozen in the freezer atm,and I have 3 meals already made in the fridge
edit: and 6 additional chicken breasts defrosting

Variety isnt the problem for me.I'll eat the chicken and rice happily 5-6 times a day for the rest of my life.Like I was telling the guys in the fitness and nutrition thread though,going without my favourite drink is a killer.Neither of those are really relivant to right now though,I'm eating out of pure anger and frustration at something else

Its an energy drink that practically no american I've ever talked to has heard of.Its called Lucozade and is pretty common place here in western europe.It has a *** of sugar though so it hurts the diet big time if I was to have it.We dont have any in the house since the start of january,because I'll drink it if its there.I'll likely get back on the healthy eating tomorrow,right now I'm just binging in anger

Without vitamins or other foods like fruit and vegetables, I don't know if just rice and chicken is safest choice.
I would imagine eggs with just the whites would be good for protein intake.
I can't say what is the best choice, just get worried when someone isn't feeling good possibly from a new change in eating habbits.
There are vegetables in most meals too,and a multivitimin every morning (better than nothing) and I have a steak every few days for the red meat requirements. And I snack on bananas and apples.But its just anger and rage at something non food related atm that is making me do this

Sorry to hear about the problem.
You mentioned fitness and nutrition thread, are you trying to lose weight or doing heavy work outs?
I'm on a workout program that has phase 1 (which im on atm) to put on as much muscle as possible to increase metabolism so its easier to burn more fat fast,so TECHNICALLY i'm buffing up,but with the intention of losing weight

I really hope she did. I'm already dying at 5 1/2 months, and I carried to 41 weeks before, I just know she's gotta be miserable. Plus when she has hers, she can give me a list of baby names she didn't use.
