-Reading a book
-Getting all warm in bed and closing my eyes and thinking of random thoughts.
-Think of a story and develop it out
-Pretend to snuggle with Yoruichi

I can't get my PS3 controller to work with my GBA emulator /sad.
Mmm, to me, it's one of those things where as long as you don't think too much about it, then your body will shut down on its own. Also, you could try not eating anything after dinner for the rest of the entire evening. I know that if I go for about 8 hours without eating something, then I start to get really sleepy. It's especially true late at night.

I was able to sleep fine before I had to put my dog down, now it's almost impossible to get to sleep. So many thoughts go through my head when I don't want to think, so many feelings getting upset, stressed, angry, empty, that keep me up.
I don't want to read or watch anything, just want to sleep and not sit in bed for 5 hours trying to do so.
It is solely up to you up to this point to purge this insomnia. You have the power to do so, you just have to find it deep down. Use the items that everyone has tried to give you, to aid you in doing so.
At this point, there really is nothing else I can say to help the wounds, other than what I have already tried to say.
Anywho, speaking of sleep, I shall do just that. Best of luck to you Kal, on doing the same.
