I greatly dislike PLD AF3, It looks like a random Knights/Heavy armor set and not a Paladin set. Sooo the look of Ochain doesn't matter to me.

Leviathan.Comeatmebro said: » but real paladins have both. Is that so, Google adds? Asura.Vyre said: » YouTube Video Placeholder The movie Judge Dredd was ok. But I loved the movie Dredd! Stallone is nice and all, but his version of Dredd was a bit... corny. Kinda comical, and it was supposed to be sometimes, but I'm not altogether sure that all the times I giggled were supposed to be amusing. It wasn't scary to me, either. The futuristic America is supposed to be a bit frightening, and it just... wasn't. But Dredd, oh man. He never took his helmet off, so all his acting was body language, voice, mouth. That took a really good actor, to pull off a character without the use of most of his face. It was gritty and felt more real than Judge Dredd. Not the actor, just the movie in general. You really got the feel of slums and fear and danger in Dredd, whereas in Judge Dredd, meh, it was just a big city with a big gate that occasionally spat fire on the inside. I liked Dredd's "I am the law" speech much better too. When Stallone says it, it's almost whiny. Almost "But you can't do that, I'm the law! I'm telling Mom!" But when Urban said it in Dredd, it was more "You've gotten away with a lot, and now that's over because I am here to save these people and I am the law." YouTube Video Placeholder Stallone is a bit of an acting hero, you know? So it feels wrong to prefer a different actor in his role. But I really, really like Karl Urban's Dredd better. Awesome movie! I'm bummed that they won't make a sequel because it didn't do well enough in theaters. :-( Bah humbug. Keep in mind Liela the the original Judge Dredd is a 90's movie and based off a comic book and that most action movies that are based off comics / games in the 90's and early 2000's are cheesy as hell.
We didn't have the CGI technology back then to make seriousface movies. Bismarck.Dreadnot said: » Is that so, Google adds?

That is true. I'm not much of a comic book girl :-( I know, I know, everyone loves comics! You're not a true fan unless you love the comics! I think that's why I don't like Spiderman, either. He just annoys me. Too much comic book, not enough gritty realism. And to be honest, I think it's partly Karl Urban, too. Most actors I really don't care about, but I enjoy watching his stuff. I'm more likely to watch a movie just because an actress I like is in it than watch a movie for an actor. But I had at least 4 movies with him in them before I realized it was all the same actor (Doom, the Bourne Supremacy, that awful Riddick movie, and the Two Towers/Return of the King.) When it finally clicked that those were all the same guy, I realized that, hot dang, if he can play a gazillion and three roles and he never reminds me of a different role I saw him in, he's a pretty good actor! And then he made Dredd, and then he was in the new Star Trek, and then I saw him in Red, and the trend just continued. I like him in every single role that I've seen him in. Of course, I haven't seen him in all his roles so I'm sure I'll see one eventually that is just cheesy as heck, but I'm not searching down movies that he's in either. I'm still mad at him for killing Jason Bourne's girlfriend Marie, but still! And the types of movies he's in are usually the type I like. Action, violence, or sci-fi. I don't really like comedies that much, they are just ok. I don't really like romance that much, they are more corny than not. But I really, really like bloody action and sci-fi movies, and that seems to be the stuff he likes making. Then again, Stallone is known for making those types of movies as well. And I like Stallone in other things. The Expendables, Rambo, all that good stuff. I don't know what it is about comics. I'm supposed to love them, and I just don't. ;; Good god, today's Hot n Spicy McChickens are, well... actually spicy! <_<

Holy hell my poor tongue (and tummy). D: And ew, curry. And subligars. Eww to Curry too! anything from chik fil a will always be better than wendys :O They built a chik fil a here a few months ago. It was the first time that I know of that I have even lived in a city that has one. We tried it once, and to be honest, I wasn't that impressed. It tasted like a normal old chicken sandwich to me, and halfway through eating it, half of my bottom bun just fell off! All in all, I rate chik fil a about a 5/10. My husband and I like to rate things. Movies, restaurants, stuff like that. 1/10-- would not eat again and it was BAD. Only suitable if starving. 2/10-- would not eat again and it was meh. Only suitable if starving. 3/10-- would not eat again and it was ok. Suitable if starving. 4/10-- would not choose to eat again. Good if starving. 5/10-- would not choose to eat again, but if my pal wanted to I would. 6/10-- would eat again, it was ok. 7/10-- would eat again, it was pretty good. 8/10-- would eat again, it was delicious. 9/10-- would eat again, it was nom-gasm with excellent service! Highly recommend. 10/10-- would eat again every single day. When this food touches the tongue, babies rejoice and angels sing, and God saves a kitten. Most of the places we eat are around 7/10 or 8/10. We're horrible people for rating everything, it's the most judgmental judgment ever! Awful hobbies. xD |
