EPSXE is the best one if you take the time to set it up correctly and get the good plugins in my opinion. Namely pete's gpu (not sure of exact name, been a while).

Idk, I played FFIX long ago without problems on a random emulator without adding anything. But since I don't have it anymore I thought I'd ask which one is better this round.

First day of new semester oooooyea. And my last at this godforsaken shcool!
Got some awesome classes, pretty excited.
Philosophy of Human Liberation at 11, then Intro to Classic Lit (not sure if want) and then I end the day with Plants&People (already a pro at this... no srsly.)

My hiking class doesn't start til March, either!
