I kinda struggled with her a bit, I was lower level using a polearm and still didn't really understand the battle mechanics yet. Was fun but took me a bit to figure it out.
Probably not... I haven't actually killed him yet because I'm a masochist and want the alternate CS you can for the fight that will supposedly make me cry.

Her armor has the highest curse resist for light armor and medium, maybe some parts for heavy.

Oh okay. Right now I'm using the Black Iron set. Hopefully I'll have enough endurance to wear havel's set and still be at or under 50% load later on.

You all should keep in mind that <25% roll is a huge significance in your performance, and using giant armor or havel's armor in the end will probably hurt you more than help. You can still achieve high poise staying under 25% with 40 endurance.

Are you speaking purely PvP? or PvE too? So far I haven't had any real trouble dodging anything with the mid-tier roll. Only times I get hit is cuz I dodge too late or early.
This really changes things for me. I was planning on the whole hulking tank that doesn't go down style, while I don't put out a lot of damage I'll just out live you.
At the moment I'm at 50/102 load (with havel's ring on) and at about 102ish poise depending on what I'm fighting. (Swapping wolf ring out depending on situation).

I will say this though, giant/havel's armor helps so much for the four kings fight.

I don't have the DLC and probably won't for a while. Maybe ever. Personally, I don't think it is worth the 15$ or so it costs. Now if it goes on sale, I'll get it. I know, I'm a tightwad.
